A Moment In Time by Lynne Moncrieff
11:00 Hello
That's Crafty! Pearl Inks are such a favourite of mine when making backgrounds, they bring a beautiful fluidity, organic nature which I am particularly fond of.

Instructions
Mist paper with water before applying tiny amounts of the Pearl Inks and now misting again with water to create a soft, muted background. Once dry, tear to required size.
For the tag, dip into water and scrunch with hands before sprinkling small amount of the Walnut Ink Powder. Remove from water and flatten creases with hands, allowing tag to air dry. When dry, tear off bottom edge of tag before stamping one of the Dried Botanicals.
With a piece of paper torn from the prepared cotton rag paper, machine stitching this paper strip and the tag to the background panel and then adhering to the MDF panel. Tucked behind the tag, to the right side, a scrap of fabric stained with Sage Flat Matte Spray and embellishing the tag, using the A4 Circles Stencil, stenciling the smallest size circle onto a scrap of painted cardstock and topping with a button threaded with black thread.
The words were stamped onto the piece torn from the bottom of the tag.
