I've had this tag for ages, in fact from when Distress Oxides first came out! I just love the colours on it so thought I'd use it for this project.

You need a stamp positioner for this as we're going to add lots of colours to the image.
I started with Distress Oxide Mustard Seed.

Add some Spiced marmalade.

Then Worn Lipstick and Faded Jeans. Let the colours overlap to create more colours.

I've picked out the colours from the tag.

Then take a black marker and add edging.

Add some text stamping to the tag...

...and layer up.

A very easy project but the technique of adding colour on colour is great fun and produces interesting effects.
