When dry, add some clear glitter.

Then take your stencil and spritz through with the 13Arts mist.

Use the next stencil with black paint.

Then just add some silver painted pebbly bits and the text.

Even though this is a small card, you can get lots on it. The Craftyboard embellishments are light enough to stick on with a glue stick. Note I didn't punch out all the fish scales but deliberately left some in. You often get some quite interesting shapes out of the Craftyboard waste.
