Here's what I Did:

My tag of choice to work with is a That's Crafty! MDF Tag 4.2" x 8.4" and I covered the tag with part of one of my background papers from set 1 adhering it to the tag with That's Crafty! craft glue. Onto that I stamped around the edge using a section of an AALL & Create stamp and then stamped the central image, again from an AALL & Create stamp Daisy Elegance designed by Tracy Evans. I then stamped the flower heads from this stamp onto stamping card so I could colour and cut out and add to the tag.To give the bottles some depth and highlight the water in them, I coloured the water area with a white coloured pencil and edged with a little blue pencil. The flowers I had stamped separately I now coloured using Zig markers and cut out and paper pieced over the image stamped onto the tag.

I added some details to the bottom left and top right by cutting some of the text from the stamped image on the white card and added some of Tim Holtz Label Tape and a bit washi tape along with the sentiment 'Happy Thoughts', the small words are from the That's Craft!y Artist Trading Coin stamp Set 11 which I heat embossed in white onto black card. 

Final touches were to add highlights with a white Posca pen to the bottles and some splashes of white paint which I did using Dina Wakley white gloss spray.
