Here's What I Did:

As always, for me, I started with my background and this one is out of my 'for another day' stash. This was a piece pf card that I had used to clean my brayer off on from a previous project and is a clean up piece of pink and yellow PaperArtsy paints Blah Mange and Butter. I trimmed it to the size I wanted which is 6" x6". To add a little more interest onto the background I stencilled some rings of dots using a That's Crafty! Dinky stencil and also some stamping using Worn Lipstick Distress Oxide with one of the hand carved stamps again from a That's Crafty! stamp set. I added some torn washi tape from my stash to add both a little contrast and something to ground my pieces to.

Next was to stamp out using Versafine Clair ink pad, onto mixed media card, the stamped images I wanted to use, these are all stamps by Katzelkraft. These were all coloured using Zig Clean Colour pens. I'm still getting to grips with these water based pens but I love the intensity of the colour and they blend beautifully on the right card.
