That’s Crafty! Word Series Stencils – Create, Art, Love, Live and Dream
That's Crafty! Clear Stamp Sets – Inspirational Quotes Set 2 and Fleur
Dylusions Paints - Bubblegum Pink, Squeezed Orange, Lemon Zest, Black Marble and  White Linen
Archival Ink - Sienna, Jet Black and Watering Can

This is the cover I made with my A4 That’s Crafty! Journal. The inside pages are mainly flower based so I wanted something that contrasted with that.
First of all I gave my page a coat of gesso.
Next I stencilled all of the Word Series stencils over the page using Archival Sienna ink.
Next I stamped the fern from the Fleur set in Watering can randomly.
I dotted spots of the pink, lemon and orange paints around my page and blended with a baby wipe keeping areas of distinct colour and areas of blended colour.
Next I used the patterned parts of the Word series Stencils with orange, pink and white paint.
I used the black paint though the Create Stencil and underneath stamped the phrase from the Inspirational Stamp set in Versamark and embossed in black embossing powder.
I tool 3 small circles from the acrylic shapes pack and smeared Glossy Accents on them and stuck them to some text paper. When dry I cut around the text paper and stuck them to my page again with Glossy Accents.

As final touches I ran some black paint around the edge and added areas of crackle glaze for texture.
