Take Risks by Alison Hall

Hello Everyone! I have a tag to share with you
today, featuring the gorgeous Carabelle Studio Steampunk Man.
Here's what I used...
Dina Wakley Media Heavy Body Acrylic Paint -
Fuchsia, Ocean, Cheddar, White
Visible Image Clear Stamp Sets - Background Noise,
Be Happy Set
Black & White Gingham Ribbon
Narrow Red Line Tape
Here's what I did...
1. I started by using a brayer to apply the
Fuchsia, Ocean and Cheddar paint to the tag. I then lightly brayered some White
paint over the top to tone down the colours, mainly on the right side, where I
wanted to stamp the man.
2. Using the Ocean and Fuchsia paints, I stamped
some background images from Background Noise. I also stamped some background
and the words from Steampunk Man with Jet Black Archival Ink. I used the foam
tool to ink the edges of the tag with the archival ink.
3. Next, I stamped the Steampunk Man and the phrase
from the Be Happy Set with Onyx Versafine pigment ink, then clear embossed
these images.
4. To finish, I adhered a piece of ribbon beneath
the man, and tied another piece through the hole at the top of the tag.
Have a creative day,
Alison x
