This is the cardstock which had been prepared with Infusions. As the Infusion dried, I remember, working on a craft sheet, I applied Antique Gold Multi-Surface paint, using my fingers to move it around the craft sheet before pressing the cardstock into the paint.
(Apologies again for poor photos - I am taking photos at any opportunity which means too many are taken in artificial light at the moment)
The PaperArtsy moth was stamped with Jet Black ink onto a stained teabag (carefully making an incision to remove the dried tea).
Cutting the cardstock to size required, I then laid the stamped teabag onto the panel, as a guide to where to stamp the moth again, this time directly onto the cardstock.
With the stamped teabag, layered over the moth stamped onto the cardstock, this provides the full image of the moth.
Beneath the teabag, torn pieces of stained papers emerge: teabag paper stained with walnut ink and then Liquid Acrylic Wax applied. There is also a stained piece of book text. Those tendrils are only adhered from beneath the teabag focal.
To bring balance to the composition and to also echo the dots around the stamped moth, I dipped a bamboo dip pen into the That's Crafty! Pearl Ink, creating a line of dots.
"Courage" was inked up from one of the PaperArtsy EAB quotes.
Above the stamped teabag, marks from the EEA set were stamped onto scraps of stained papers, layered to stained calico and book text.
To bring texture to the cardstock, with a light hand I applied Texture Paste with a palette knife.

For this project, I finally made use of a piece of cardstock which I had prepared some time ago, not weeks or months, we are talking possibly 2-3 years! It was kicking around for so long that I made the decision, being in the middle of some serious organising/throwing out, to finally say goodbye to it. Except, I couldn't. So I told myself, if keeping it, I needed to use it now!
