Bloom - A Collage Style Card by Fliss Goodwin

Hello!

This week I have another collage style card to share with lots of layered elements using the gorgeous funky flower stamps and the collage background papers designed by Melina Dahl. These are perfect to create something in your own style and it's easy to make something in a hurry if you need it too.

What I Did:

This card was very much a go with the flow style creation as I worked with scraps leftover from other projects and drew them together to make something new.

I began with one of the papers from the collage backgrounds set which had some of my favourite shades of blue and green with a hint of purple. I cut a piece to fit my large 8 x 8ins white card blank and glued it in place.

I then set about adding my decorative elements which are mostly torn scraps and bits cut out of leftover paper sections. I've added some photos below so that you can roughly see what I worked with in the order they were added to the background.

Once all the background pieces were glued in place, I added a torn text panel and a funky flower stamped on white paper with black ink and cut out to finish.

Supplies:

Have a great weekend and see you next week.
