PaperArtsy
recently released many fabulous new stamps (and stencils and other goodies!),
something for all tastes and the launches continue, I wonder what else they
have in store! Keep a check on That’s
Crafty’s website to see what new PaperArtsy stock they have in store.
I inked
up some recent releases from Eclectica Lin Brown with a That’s Crafty! MDF tag
as a substrate.
Supplies
PaperArtsy Eclectica Lin Brown ELB32, 33 and 34
Extras:- Calico, various scraps:- sheer fabric, vintage laces, mop-up/under paper, wood
slice
Instructions
After a
base of white Gesso, apply Infusions to the MDF tag, misting with water. Allow to air dry. At the same time as staining the tag, stain
calico and various scraps, I used a variety of vintage crochet lace
scraps. I like to leave them to dry on
an absorbent surface such as kitchen paper.
Create
pattern and texture onto the tag, stamping various ELB and EEA stamps. For the piece of stained calico, stamp the
ELB stamp, with additional stamping surrounding the focal. Adhere calico to tag. To bring more texture to the stamped focal,
adhere the teeniest fragments of stained vintage crochet lace.
Stamp
word onto scrap of mop-up/under paper and sheer fabric. Layer onto a wood slice, also layering more
stained lace. Adhere, near to bottom
edge of tag. Finally, attach more
stained laces to upper corner.
Until
next week,
Wishes
Lynne
