Dorthe here with a new post.
I have used one of the sweet little greyboard tags , for this creation
It was painted with White Acrylic and when dry I found the Lustre Spray Red
and Aubergine.
In my stash I found a old lace piece and nature cotton piece
and the lace was sprayed with aubergine and the cotton with the Red Lustre.
Also a tiny Greyboard house and a window, was sprayed with the red one. Because of the
grey surface, the red Lustre is getting a lovely tone of pink, together with the gorgeous shine
of gold. The cotton fabric was, while wet, also sprayed with diluted brown, to
achieve the brown pink tone.
In right side top I stenciled the little butterflies from a Dinky stencil, using Sand Paste and Ingrids beautiful flower was stamped onto the dried cotton fabric and fussy cut.
The window was adhered to the house, and lace and house adhered to tag.
A little rest of the Sand Paste was smeared to the left side ,along the lace.
Rests of the red Lustre still on the mat on my table, was very diluted and dabbed here and there
on the tag.
The butterflies were painted with a bit of the diluted brown,
and from a piece of Sari silk , the same tones, I made a bow , which
together with a rest of netting from a bathroom cleaning sponge ,was adhered to tag. On the bow and inside the window, was adhered tiny faux rein stones ,
and from one of Lynne`s Afirmations I chose : seek beauty ,--stamped it onto a rest
of rice paper, from Laura `s paper stash , cut out and adhered to tag.
Another piece of Sari Silk was added through the top hole , and that`s it I guess :-)
I hope you like it, and maybe want to try some of the gorgeous materials, like the new Lustre `s,
or stamps.
Hugs and love
Dorthe
