Hi Everyone
I have for you this week a trio of ATC's using a selection of Seth Apters recently released stamps for PaperArtsy along some some of his previously released ones.
It's been a while since I have created any ATC's, these are little pieces of art that you create 3 1/2" x 2 1/2" in size.
Here's What I Did:
I started with a gelli printed piece of card which I cut into 3 pieces to the size of an ATC 3 1/2" x 2 1/2". I then stamped onto it, using stamps from Seth's latest stamp set, using a Stamping Platform as I wanted to paint in some white paint and then stamp the detail back in. This is a technique I use many times and the Stamping Platform makes this so easy no trying to line your stamp up again.
I then stamped elements onto onto a separate piece of gelli printed card and cut out building up my elements for my ATC's. On the first tag I have added a couple of the tag stamps by first stamping onto tissue paper and then adding with matte medium. I added some torn book paper, I have to confess that this was added as I stamped one of the stamps upside down so had to cover it up, how many times have I done that? lol. The third ATC also has a little stencilling on using one of Seth's mini stencils. Subtle stencilling has been down with Vintage Photo Distress Ink and then outlined with a black pen.
To add the words I used individual words to make my statements taken from phrases from Lynne's Affirmations set 6 stamp set. I love wordy stamp sets as you can also take the words and make different statements with them.
Here's What I Used:
Seth Apter PaperArtsy Stamps Sets - ESA09, ESA10, ESA04 & ESA03
Seth Apter Mini Stencil by Stencil Girl - Mini Make it Count
That's Crafty! Stamps - Lynne's Affirmations 6
Distress Ink Pad - Vintage Photo
Gelli printed card from my stash
Book Paper
3D Silicone Glue
Have a great week and I'll see you all next Tuesday.
Love
