Daisy, Daisy by Tracey Fairgrieve

Hello Creative Friends

Today I'm sharing a couple more pages from my A5 Mixed Media Journal.

A scene was created over two pages, mixing Teal and Pale Blue Multi Surface
Paint creating the Sky and Lime, Green and Evergreen for the grasses.
A pocket was created using a torn piece of card and painted using
the same colours, machine stitching was added for detail.

Glued onto the page I left room for tags and things of interest.

This tag has been created by tracing one of the daisies from the Daisies stencil
onto water colour card and painting with diluted Multi Surface Paint.
Mounted onto black card I added a skirt of lace and randomly machine stitched.

On the second journal page I pushed texture paste through the Daisies stencil,
left to dry then painted with diluted Multi Surface Paint.

Held in place with ribbon and lace both journal pages are complete.

My plan was to add some wording to the page but I quite like the simplicity of it.

What do you think ?

Until next week
Take Care everyone and
Thank you for sharing your time.

Tracey xx
