ATC Fridge Magnet by Tracey Fairgrieve

Hello everyone it's Monday again and today i'm sharing a little something I made a while ago using a That's Crafty! MDF ATC painted in Titan Buff and stamped around the edges using the Crackle stamp from set 2 of the Textures collection.

Using the Dinky Snowdrops stencil I coloured through the stencils aperture using alcohol markers *DO NOT* use your best pens/markers for this as you may ruin the nibs.

I know you are all scratching your head thinking well I'm sure Snowdrops are white well yes indeed you are right but I fancied a little colour at the time and I am sure there is something similar but of the purple kind.. Anyway moving on..  When the stencil is removed I traced around the image with a permanent fine liner to define the image.

Using Versamark I pressed the pad all over the ATC, covered with a layer of clear embossing powder and heated with a heat tool. When melted I repeated the process twice, creating a thick enamelled look. Edged with gilding wax and strong adhesive magnetic strips adhered to the back. My ATC Fridge Magnet is complete.

These ATC's do make lovely gifts and I have created quite a few of them over the past couple of months. Give it a go they really are that simple..!!

Until next week enjoy all the inspirational makes from the That's Crafty! Design Team.

Take Care and Stay Safe.

Creative Hugs Tracey xx

    1. Thank you Chris, like most things the photography doesn't do it justice but the embossing really does seem to mellow the image underneath xx
