Know Who You Are by Moira Sutton

Gelatos – Margarita Mix, Limoncello, Lemon, Lime, Orange Soda and Mango
Archival Ink -  Sienna and Jet Black
Distress Ink Pads – Peeling Paint, Mustard Seed and Twisted Citron
Spare Card
Sentiment Stamp from stash

Hello it’s Moira today who celebrated a birthday this week.  I always find birthdays are a time for reflection and as I get increasingly older the more comfortable I feel just being me, the more I accept I am only a very tiny thing in the universe and what I do or don’t  is not that important in the grand scheme of things  and the more I come to terms with the limits which result from living with a chronic illness so here is a page which for me reflects that.

Give the pages a coat of Gesso

Scribble gelatos in patches over the pages and with a wet finger (or if you refer a brush) work the colours together and blend.

Using the largest stamp from the Fleurs d’Azoline – Les Danseuses set stamp a border in Archival Ink Sienna.

Using the Mustard Seed and Twisted Citron stamp the other round stamps from the Fleurs d’Azoline – Les Danseuses set randomly in the background.

Using the Peeled Paint Ink and the Enchanted stencil work across the background again fairly randomly. In black, stamp the small character from the Zinouk du Jardin set.

On spare card stamp the small character from the Zinouk du Jardin set, cut out the character but do not worry about the curly hat or shoe ties and colour with the Pitt Pens and adhere over the original stamp using Gel Medium and the curly part of the stamp and she ties will show from the under stamping.

Stamp the Sentiment stamp into card and cut out the individual words and outline in black and stick onto the page with Gel Medium.

Take the nozzle from the Lindy’s spray bottle and splatter across the page.
