The Colours of the Rainbow by Helen Chilton

I'm looking at a different make of watercolour powders this week - Rainbow Color by 13Arts. 

I'm using three of the Duo Colors: Pistachio, Lilac and Navy. I sprinkled them over my 13Arts stencil 

and then spritzed with water. You can leave it to air dry or blot it with kitchen paper.

I then stamped some flowers and used the powders to colour them in.

Layer onto a Pistachio coloured panel stamped with the flowers in Distress Oxide Salty Ocean.

I like the contrast between the soft watercolour background and the crisp flowers. I also liked the Salty Ocean stamping on the light green - might have to explore that further!
