Enough by Rachel Harries

 

This weeks post is a journal page from me using Finabair stamps and stencils.

I started by stamping the window on my page and also on some card to fussy cut, I also stamped and fussy cut part of the woman's body.



I then used a little packing cardboard to give me a little lift and stuck a portion of the woman and extended the window by another pain.




Next I took some acrylic paint and a stencil and created the background moving the stencil as I changed colours.


I knocked the colour back a little with some white acrylic and a brayer and I applied some of the Prima rub on adhesive and added some foil.


I then coloured the image


I stamped, coloured and fussy cut a dragonfly image and adhered it to my spread, I used on of the That's Crafty! circle masks to create some shadow and also use very roughly as I guide, I also used another stencil and added a little more stamping, before stamping onto a piece of calico and using a Tim Holtz clip.
