A Bit of a Shimmer by Helen Chilton

I've used some of the Shimmer Paints for this post, along with a stamp from one of the new sets shown on Hochanda this week.

I did some crackling with a black base and a Pearl layer over the Crackle Glaze. It comes out as a sort of shimmery grey/silver.

Then I added stencilling in Shimmer Turquoise and Dark Blue. This gives a light, subtle effect.

The feather stamp is from one of the new ATCoin sets.

I've used Shimmer Yellow here as a contrast for my ATC coin and chipboard element. The stamp is from one of Lynne's Affirmation sets.

The feathers use the same colour paints and are then embellished in black and with silver chrome dots.

Enjoy!

Helen
