You can see from this photo that this is really heavyweight acetate and will stand up on its own, even with the addition of chain and beads. This allows you to make some really interesting cards.
Score and fold the acetate to make a 6x6 card.
Then, using the Jane davenport Paint Over pens, colour areas on the inside of the card.
The pens are opaque and colour beautifully.
Take your colours from the patterned paper you've chosen, in this case a piece from the
13Arts 6x6 pad, Vintage Summer.

Keep placing the acetate over the paper to see what it looks like.
Then start to build up your layers even more by adding a cut out to the patterned paper...
...and then one on top of the acetate. These were from the A4 paper collection, Conversations on a Train. I added some colour to the top figure to tie it all in.
The acetate and patterned paper are fastened together at the top with brads. As the paper is single sided, you can add your message inside.
