Hello Creative Friends,
It's Thursday again and I'm here to share more That's Crafty! Creativity
today using Melina Dahls doodled butterflies along with some
shrink plastic to create a beautiful bag or book charm.
Here's those very simple How to Do's..
Onto clear shrink plastic I stamped the butterflies using StazOn
and coloured with alcohol markers. The images where cut out with sharp scissors
and a hole punched where I wanted to attach the fastening when shrunk to size.
This is the second butterfly in the set also stamped,
coloured and cut ready to be shrunken to size in the oven.
Don't forget to punch those holes, I nearly did!!
Look how sweet they look when shrunken down,
still keeping all that wonderful stamp detail.
Using another of my off-cut Distress Oxide backgrounds
I stamped a sentiment from Lynnes Affirmations Set 2
Attaching the shrink plastic butterflies onto long chain, additional
embellishments help to weigh the chain down making it flow so much better.
All attached to a lobster clasp the bag/book charm is fastened
to the card making a great little gift for someone special.
Thank you for sharing your time today
I look forward to sharing more That's Crafty! Creativity
with you same time next week.
Creative Hugs
Tracey xx
