Hi Everyone
I have a card for you this week using one of the fabulous,
recently released, Katzelkraft dog stamps. Katzelkraft, a French stamp company,
have released a fun range of cats and dogs which are all available from That’s
Crafty!
Here’s What I Did:
Using
the smaller 5” x 7” Gel Press I printed my background using PaperArtsy Fresco
paints and a brayer.
I made
several prints at one go, you will find with gelli printing once you start you
can’t stop! On a separate piece of white card I clean the paint off my brayer
in between colours. I have also used that piece on my card. I cut Tim’s
‘Skyline’ die using my brayer cleaning card piece and some painted black card that
I had, I cut them 1 and a bit times and pieced the skyline up to fit. I added
shadow onto the front row by dry brushing black paint and lightened the back
row by dry brushing grey paint. I then layered up the skylines using 3D gel for
dimension.
I
stamped the dog onto stamping card and coloured with coloured pencils, cut out,
and again added with 3D gel. The text has been die cut and glued on using
That’s Crafty! glue. It was then mounted onto black card and then a card blank.
What I Used:
Dylusions Paint – Slate Grey & Black Marble
Tim
Holtz Thin Alphabet Thinlit die from my stash
Card
Blank
See you all next Tuesday

This is fab Amanda, both atmosphere and attitude confronts us all. That pug dog is so adorable with his wee curly tail. Lets let him think he's the Governor, with those eyes how could we not let him be... Tracey xx
ReplyDeleteHa ha classic!! This has a real almost Dickensian feel to it and the dog is fantastic too.
