The background is made
up by stencilling with Dinky Stencil 005 and Broken China and Cracked Pistachio Distress Oxides and then spritzing to make the dye ink move and
soften it. I then couldn't resist adding some more bubbles with some of the new
gold metallic paint which is coming very soon!
I finished the
background with a few punched out circles coloured with Wilted Violet Oxide
inkpad and overstamped. The Ship and Navigation Elements Set is used to stamp a sort of rough border in
black:
The swimming turtle is
coloured with Oxides as well and then the shell is painted over with DecoArt Liquid Glass:
And there you have it -
just layer onto coloured card and add a few brads.
Supplies Used:
Crafty Individuals Stamps: CI-413 Alice Palace Designs: A Bright
Future; CI-294 Crafty Elements: Ship and
Navigation
