Hi everyone,
Donna here today with a tag featuring some of those lush Oxides and a new Tim Holtz die set.
What to do:
Using a size 8 manila tag for this, dab a mixture of Oxides on your craft mat, then spritz with water and ‘swirl’ the tag through the colours. This may take several attempts to get the final effect exactly how you want it, make sure you dry between the layers. Flick a few droplets of water on to the tag as the last stage to get the final effect.
Draw a little hill to sit the house and tree on, colour in with a green Distress Crayon and doodle little flowers.
Stamp the Carabelle clouds using Watering Can Archival ink, fussy cut out and adhere to the tag with foam pads.
Die cut the house and tree from thick card and ‘rust’ them up a little using a orange/red Distress Crayon. Pop the house onto the tag with a foam pad, glue the tree down.
Run a little black Distress ink around the tag edges for definition and then add a couple of Clippings Stickers as a finishing touch.
Tim’s new dies and Oxides are a perfect combination, who would’ve thought it ;)
