Hi
everyone,
Donna
here today with the sweetest little balloon girl for you!
What to do:
Use
a sheet of Strathmore Mixed media paper for this as you’ll be using Distress
markers for the colouring. Draw a little curved line with a black fine liner
pen to give the little girl something to ‘stand on’ then stamp the image on top
using black Archival ink.
Start
to colour it in with a mixture of Distress markers, dilute first with a water
brush for a softer effect. Use
a blue Distress Ink pad and a Dinky stencil for the bubbles effect at the top
of the card, pouncing the ink through the stencil.
Stamp
the clouds separately with Hydrangea Archival ink, fussy cut out and adhere to
the top of the card with foam pads to make them stand out.
Finishing
touch is to add a few splatters with the water brush (you can do this if you
dilute the Distress marker colour enough) and add a Tim Holtz sentiment.
Love
this little girl…..you can’t be unhappy when you hold a balloon can you ;)
Supplies Used:
Foam Pads
Hope
you like it
