Hi
everyone,
Donna
here today with another little monster……for some reason he reminds me of my
cat…must be the blue eyes!!
What to do:
Use
the 6x6 Gelli plate and Decoart paints in red and blue, apply paints with a
brayer, be careful not to mix them too much. Then use a piece of Strathmore
mixed media paper to pull the print, put to one side to dry.
Stamp
the monster separately onto Strathmore paper, colour in with Distress Markers,
fussy cut out and put that to one side too.
Taking
the thought bubble stamp from the That’s Crafty! Bentley set and a circle image
from Visible Image, stamp with black Archival ink directly onto the print.
Doodle
around the ‘thought bubble’ and on the monster with a white pen, adhere the
monster to the front of the card. Place a little Washi tape under him with a
sentiment then mount onto white cardstock.
He looks
like he’s been exposed to too many cosmic rays doesn’t he?!
Supplies Used:
I
used a sentiment from my stash but try Katzelkraft - Dreamer
Hope
you like it
Donna

What a super cute monster! Great idea to use the thought bubble stamp to make clouds - love it when a stamp can be used for more than one thing. Very clever, Donna! xx
