Enjoy the Little Things by Donna Gray

Hi everyone,

Donna here today with a great little quirky stamp from PaperArtsy…..just perfect for me of course!

What to do:

Use a sheet of Strathmore mixed media paper for this as you’ll be using water for this background. My lovely teamie Amanda used this method with the Infusions earlier in the week but it’s basically spritzing the stencil with water, sprinkling some Infusions on it and then using the stencil to print an image on the paper.

Dry thoroughly and then stamp the little girl character directly onto the background with black Archival ink and start to colour in directly with Distress Markers, diluting a little with a water brush.

Doodle around the image with a 01 Pigma pen in black. This stamp comes with the alphabet set too so stamp that to the right of the image.

Use a couple of stamps’ from another Paperartsy set to finish off the card, mount onto black card and then white card stock.

I thought the little things sentiment was appropriate for the card ;)

Supplies Used:

PaperArtsy Stamps – Mini JM53 and EKD02

Hope you like it

  7. That's a brilliant stamp!
I was wondering how you coloured her in, the distress markers work very well. Perfect background as usual.
