I'm Different by Donna Gray

Hi everyone,

Donna here today with a wonderful new cat shaped acrylic stack, isn’t it just great for all you cat lovers out there?!

What to do:

Like all the acrylic stacks, you have an MDF base and then 3 acrylic layers to work on, so we’ll start on the MDF base first.

Paint the base in a layer of Fresco paint in nice marmalade/ginger tones for the cat. Draw the features on with a black fine line pen then colour in the eye, ear, nose etc with more Fresco paints. Add the stripes with Gelatos, they’ll smear and blend nicely on the paints.

The first acrylic layer is where you take the paw prints Dinky stencil and pounce through some black Fresco paint, this makes it look like the cat is wearing a little paw print collar.

Second acrylic layer is where you use the fish bones stencil and pounce white Fresco paint through. Stamp the little Katzelkraft mouse around the cat’s tail area and proceed to start painting the back of the image with grey and pink shades of paint.

Final acrylic layer is where you stamp the two sentiments; remember to use only Stazon for all your stamping on acrylic.

Assemble the stack together with the nuts and bolts provided.

The possibilities are endless for this one, how about putting treasured pictures of your pampered puss in the stack too?
