Sharing
another of the ATCs made for the launch of the That’s Crafty! ATC Unit on
HOCHANDA.
Supplies
PaperArtsy Stamp Sets JOFY – 12 and 14
Fresco Chalk Finish Acrylic Paints:- Antarctic, Smurf, Chalk
Extra:-
Rusty Tin Wire
Instructions
Apply
the Frank Garcia powders and Distress Crayons to the ATC, misting with water
and leaving to dry followed with a coating of clear Gesso.
Stamp
images with white Gesso and Potting Soil ink, doodling with the white paint
pen. I also splattered the paint from
the pen directly onto the ATC.
Now the
stamping is done and dusted, stencil the Screwheads with Grunge Paste.
Once
dry, coil rusty tin wire and adhere to the ATC, they are a fun way to embellish
flowers.
Finally,
apply a random patch of dry brushed Fresco.
Until
next time,
Lynne
Such an effective design. I love the pops of white on the subtle background and the texture from the Grunge Paste. xx

What a great ATC! Love that stencil. You have inspired me to use more of my stencils! This is such a "popper"! All that white popping out from the brown background with it's ghostly doodlings underneath. The rusty-wire flowers is genius! Wonderful job, Lynne, and thanks for sharing. inkybru xx
ReplyDeleteI love the white stenciled screw heads on top of the brown background and brown stamped fantasi flowers, making it light and live. The coiled rust wire, also adds such fun dimension to your ATC. Beautiful dear Lynne . xx
