Hi
everyone,
Donna
here today with an MDF That’s Crafty! door hanger.
What to do:
Apply
a layer of Gesso to the door hanger, make sure it’s thoroughly dry.
Take
2 colours of PaperArtsy Fresco Paints (Bougainvillea and Dusty Teal) and apply
with a moist baby wipe, dry thoroughly once again.
Paint
a ‘hill’ in some green Fresco paints so the house has somewhere to sit upon.
Next
step is to draw/stamp your house (I drew mine), colour in using just the translucent Fresco paints.
The
trees are my own carved ones but any tree stamp will do or even a tree stencil.
Once again, colour those in using a translucent Fresco paint, as you want to
see the tree structure through the paint.
Add
a little doodled fence in, a stamped sentiment from one of the new PaperArtsy Hot
Picks and a generous splattering of white Fresco paint.
There
you have a fun little door hanger……how about one for every room?!
Supplies used:
Hope
you like it
