Cat Crazy by Donna Gray

Hi everyone,

How about a crazy cat tag today?

What To Do:

Take a size 8 tag and cover with a Distress Paint (Mustard Seed), dry thoroughly.

Next spritz through a Tim Holtz stencil some Distress Spray Stain (Hickory Smoke), once again make sure it’s thoroughly dry.

Use the circle stamp from a PaperArsty stamp set, stamping with Watering Can Archival ink and apply randomly onto the background. Then use the little fish skeleton stamp that comes with the cats set and stamp that in black Archival in a random fashion too.

A That’s Crafty! brick stencil is perfect for the bottles’ to sit on, apply a Distress Ink through the stencil.

For the cat and the bottles’ you want to stamp on watercolour paper as you’ll be colouring those with Distress markers and a water brush, fussy cut out and then adhere to the tag (I used foam pads but anything will do).

Add a Tim Holtz sentiment as a finishing touch.

I love these crazy cats….now the problem will be to stop myself using them on everything in sight!

Hope you like it
