Hi Everyone
I’m here this week with quite a quick card as time has been
against me, but there are always times when we all just have to put a quick
card together. I like nothing more than making projects that combine the
stamping of many different stamps but this collage stamp from Collage stamp
does it in one!
Here’s what I did:-
I’m
sure, like me, you all have a stash of backgrounds and mop up pieces so again
to add to the speed of this make I rummaged through my bits and found this piece
of card that I had used to clean up Distress inks from my craft mat from a
previous project. This is one such background. To make your own when you next
use Distress inks on your craft mat instead of just cleaning your mat, give it
a gentle spray of water and pick up the colour with a piece of watercolour card
or mixed media card, mine is mixed media card.
I
stamped the collaged image over the top and then trimmed to size.
To add
a further bit of detail I added the die cut flower, I cut it out in both black
and white and layered it to give it a shadow effect. My sentiment is from the Tim
Holtz Sticker Book.
Matted
onto black card it was then glued onto a card blank.
What I used:-
Flower
Die from my stash (any would work)
Card
Blank
Until next week
