My Story I Will Share by Lynne Moncrieff

I had some fun time with Brusho Crystals to create a mottled background on of all things, a vintage Bingo card.

Crafty Individuals CI-350 (or substitute with any lace stamp or real lace)
Brusho Crystal Colours:- Moss Green, Gamboge, Terracotta, Lemon, Light Brown and Dark Brown
Extras:- Vintage Bingo card, button and lace (I also used a fragment of tea stained lace from a previous project)

Apply Gesso to vintage Bingo card. Once dry spray with Vintage Mica Spray. Heat set then scatter various Brusho Crystals Colours, misting with water and allowing to blend. Focus darkest colour around the edges.

Apply colours to white cardstock. Mist with water and blend with baby wipe. The colour should be subtle as this will be a stamping surface. Stamp woman, lace and sentiment with Versafine and Staz-on. Fussy cut, sponging Distress Ink onto edges.

Adhere the Bingo card to cardbase. Create composition, embellishing with button and stained lace. Adhere fragment of mica tile over the stamped sentiment.

Until next time,

  1. I love the aged look of this beautiful card Lynne! x

  3. The colours shines like beautiful jewels, Lynne, and the texture you created is stunning .The blue numbers still seeable and the stamped face makes it a fantastic piece !!! I had to look at it again and again, it looks peeled, too, but I think it is your blended colours, creating that effect !
