White Card ~ for base and stamping images on
Watering Can Archival
Black Card
Metallic Lustre

·       Cut your card into a 6 x 4 inch rectangle. Cover with your Distress ink to create a background.

·       Using ‘Watering Can’ Archival ink and the ‘button card’ stamp from the sewing notions set, stamp the background randomly.

·       Stamp a selection of images from the Sewing Notions set. Use a selection of different coloured inks (as above).

·       Cut all the images out and arrange on the postcard background. Adhere into position.

·       Colour with watercolour pencils.

·       Stamp the words ‘happiness is homemade’ onto some white card, cut out and mount onto some black and cut a small border around it. Glue onto the card.

·       Rub some metallic lustre around the edges and edge with the Watering Can ink. Add some green coloured pencils towards the edge of the card.

·       Add some white highlights with the white pen and then add a few drops of Crackle Glaze on the hooks and eyes and the cotton reel top.
