Nature’s Bouquet by Fliss Goodwin

Hi there, I have a simple card to share this week involving a bit of colouring therapy, something I find quite soothing and I hope you do too! I’ve used one of the new Carabelle Studio stamps, which I can see is going to be very versatile so I think you’ll be seeing it again very soon!

Ingredients:

Distress Inks – Tumbled Glass, Salty Ocean
Coloured Pencils – I used the Spectrum Noir Floral Set
Card Blank

Recipe:

Cut a piece of stamping paper to fit your card blank and stamp on the main image with the black ink. Colour with the pencils and blend with the paper stumps and blending fluid to give a smooth finish. Using the sponge applicator, apply Tumbled Glass Distress ink around the edges.

Use the Salty Ocean Distress ink to colour a scrap of stamping paper and stamp on the smallest butterfly from the Kaisercraft set 3 times with the black ink. Cut the butterflies out.

Glue the image panel to the card blank and add the butterflies to finish.

We have a new challenge for you today over at That’s Crafty! Challenge Blog so don’t forget to check it out at 8am.

Have a great weekend and see you next week.
