Floral Name Plaque by Alison Hall

Hi everyone! Today I'm sharing a simple little name plaque that I made for a new baby. We've all got plenty of patterned papers in our stash, I used some 7 Gypsy ones that I've had for ages. That's Crafty! have some pretty Bo Bunny Paper Pads that would be perfect if you need some though.

Ingredients...

Canvas Board - 6 x 6 inch (you could use a That's Crafty! Surface as an alternative)
Alphabet Die (I used a Tim Holtz Sizzix one)
Co-ordinating Patterned Papers
Button, Eyelets, String

Instructions...

1. Stamp the Dina Wakley Scribbly Bird, Birgit's large Bloom, & two of her Leafs onto co-ordinating patterned papers, using the black pigment ink. Emboss the images with the detail clear powder, then cut them out.

2. Die cut the name from patterned paper, then use the Glue 'N Seal to glue the images and name onto the canvas board.

3. Use a black pen to doodle around the edges of the canvas, and also to outline the die-cut letters.

4. Punch two holes in the top of the canvas board, insert eyelets and string, then add a button to the flower to finish.

Have a creative day!
