Nature Blooms & Grows by Lynne Moncrieff

This week I am sharing a project with a That’s Crafty! Alterable white/greyboard as the substrate and also features the fabulous layered brick Dinky Stencil.

Supplies

PaperArtsy Fresco Finish Chalk Acrylics - Old Gold, Pewter, Lake Wanaka, Caramel, Smurf
Extra:- Rusty tin wire and muslin

Instructions

Apply Grunge Paste randomly through the Dinky Layered Brick stencil onto the white/greyboard ATC. Once dry apply Frescos. Spray Old Gold and Pewter onto ATC (I previously decanted into mister bottles). Allow to drip down panel. Once dry adhere a frayed scrap of muslin to bottom edge of ATC.

Apply Frescos to white cardstock. Stamp several of the Don’t Forget to Fly circles. Abrade edges before layering to form flowers.

Cut thin strips from the prepared cardstock to create stems. Coil rusty tin wire to form centres for the flowers. Adhere to ATC. Stamp three of the JOFY words onto the painted cardstock, adhering one to each flower stem.

Until next time,

Lynne
