All You Need Is Love And Stencils by Fliss Goodwin

Hi there, I have a fairly simple card to share this week as I’m still playing with those fabulous Dinky Stencils this time with Distress ink and Brushos.

Ingredients:

Carabelle Studio A7 Stamp Set – Etoiles, Taches et Background
Brusho Crystals – Lemon, Yellow
Card Blank

Recipe:

Cut a square of mixed media card to fit your card blank and gently sprinkle some Brusho Crystals on the right side. Mist with water and repeat until you’re happy with the effect.

Use the stencil to apply a pattern from the left side across the centre with the pink ink. Stamp the heart image in the remaining space with the black ink then stamp again on a scrap of paper and colour the heart with the pink ink. Cut out just the heart.

Stamp some stars with the pink ink to balance the stamping then attach the cut out heart over the stamped one. Run pink ink around the edges and stamp on the chosen text with black ink. Glue to a card blank to finish.

We have a new challenge today over at That’s Crafty! Challenge Blog which goes live at 8am so don’t forget to check it out.

See you next week.
