Rainy Day by Donna Gray

Hello everyone,

Donna here today with a card featuring some Carabelle stamps and a cling film painty background.

Here’s What I Did:

For my background I used some Strathmore Mixed Media paper, as you need something that will stand up to the paint.

Apply the paint randomly (any paint will do) on the paper quite thickly, then place your cling film on top, squidge it around a bit until you’re happy and then put to one side and let dry. This could take a while, even overnight, so go off and do something else….no peeking under the cling film!

Just remove the cling film when dry and you should have a funky little background.

Stamp your Carabelle stamps on some more paper and lightly colour with ProMarkers, adhere to your background.

For a final touch add a little doodling and a Tim Holtz Small Talk Sticker, mount on a card base and there you go J

Supplies Used:

Carabelle Studio Stamps - Dancing in the Rain, Bloom

Hope you like it
