Parisian Lady by Lynne Moncrieff

A vintage style card with some of my all time favourite stamps.

Supplies

PaperArtsy Fresco Finish:- Blush, Sherbert and Vintage Lace
Glossy Cardstock
White Cardstock
Spray Ink – I mixed my own but you could achieve a similar result with Distress Stain Spray Tattered Rose and Walnut Stain
Hole Punch
Paper Punch – Tag
Scissors (preferably blunt)
Extras:- Lace, ribbon, vintage French book text and pink pearl stickers

Instructions

Cut cardstock to required size. Mix the Frescos and apply to the cardstock. Repeatedly stamp corset stamp, inking up with Archival Sepia. Adhere to cardbase then adhere a length of lace along the top edge.

Spray ink onto another sheet of cardstock. Onto this stamp tag, abrading the edges.  Punch a hole and thread through pink ribbon.

Sponge Antique Linen onto another piece of cardstock. Stamp Paris, then use a paper punch to create a tag shape. Stamp label, postage stamp and pen nib onto another piece of the inked cardstock.

Ink up Speedball brayer with Archival ink. Stamp lady onto glossy cardstock. Abrade edges.

Tear pieces of vintage French book text. Now begin to adhere the stamped elements to the cardbase, embellishing with pearl stickers.

Until next time,

Lynne
