Life and Happiness by Alison Hall

Hello Crafters! This week I had a play with the 4" Round Gelli Plate, using it like a stamp.

Here's what I used...

Dina Wakley Media Acrylic Paint - White, Magenta, Turquoise
Kaisercraft Clear Single Stamps - Diamonds, Film Edges, Way of Life
Crafter's Workshop Templates - Mini Alhambra, Mini Art Is
Ranger Inkssentials Surfaces - Kraft Cardstock, Kraft Tag size 8
Acrylic Stamp Block (at least 4.5" square)
Natural Jute Twine

Instructions...

1. I took a size 8 kraft tag and 8x2" piece of kraft cardstock, then used the 4" Round Gelli Plate and Acrylic paint to print designs onto them. I started with white acrylic, then lay stencils over and printed with the other colours until I had the look I wanted. There's a great video link on the 4" Round Gelli Plate page, on That's Crafty's website, that explains how to do this much better than I can!

2. I used Ranger Jet Black Archival ink to stamp the Kaisercraft quotes and backgrounds on the bookmark and tag, then added some jute twine through the holes in the top to finish.

I hope I've inspired you to get creative today,
