I wanted a slightly ethereal quality to this card so I decided to stamp the woman in Rich Cocoa followed with a gently misting of water. Initially I tried Archival Sepia but the result was too muted. Much will depend on the Kraft cardstock you select so worth trying a few inks.
Brusho Crystal Colour:- Dark Brown, Black, Lemon and SandstoneCosmic Shimmer Vintage Mica Flakes:- Precious Gold and Tarnished Bronze
Idea-ology Tiny AttacherSilicone Glue
Extras:- Lace, rusted fabric
Tear Kraft cardstock into panel. Lightly mist with water, sprinkle selected Brusho colours then mist with water once again. Adhere panel to cardbase.
Stamp woman with Rich Cocoa, (I used a Speedball brayer to ink up the stamp) immediately mist with water, using a light hand and focusing on the body.
Re-ink stamp, the heart element only and stamp onto scrap piece of cardstock. Edge with Black Soot before layering over the main image with silicone glue.
Stamp sentiment onto a piece of crumpled Tissuestock. Attach to top edge of cardbase. Tearing pieces of lace and rusted fabric, adhere to cardbase then the final touch of sprinkling mica flakes, including onto her hair and lastly sponging Black Soot onto the edges of the cardbase.
Until next time,
