Keep Taking Chances by Lynne Moncrieff

A bold card (and speedy card make) with a positive affirmation.

Supplies

Distress Paint:- Picked Raspberry and Black Soot
Watercolour Paper
Sequin Waste (or substitute with a Tim Holtz Layering Stencil)
Extra:- Old credit card/artist palette knife

Instructions

Swipe Picked Raspberry onto watercolour paper panel before creating texture in the form of white Gesso sponged through sequin waste.

Create an affirmation by stamping one of the Handwritten Quotes directly onto the panel then stamping an Art Saying onto scrap watercolour paper which has also been painted with Picked Raspberry.

Cut into word tile, edging with Black Soot before adhering to panel.

Finally adhere panel to cardbase, swiping Black Soot onto the edges and for a touch of grungeness, dip the edge of a metal ruler into Black Soot and randomly apply to the cardbase.

Until next time,

Lynne
