Hope of Spring Tag by Alison Hall

The daffodil shoots have appeared in my garden, which gave me the inspiration for this tag.

Carabelle Studio A6 Stamps - French Lily Background and Leafs by Birgit Koopsen
DecoArt Media Acrylic Paint - Cobalt Teal Hue, Primary Yellow, Primary Magenta, Yellow Green Light, Carbon Black
Natural Jute String

1. I used the small brayer to apply the Cobalt Teal Hue, Primary Yellow, Primary Magenta, and Carbon Black paints to the tag, then stamped the French Lily Background with the Carbon Black paint.

2. I painted some white card with yellow green light, then used the black Versafine ink to stamp two leaf sprigs on it. I cut them out and glued them to the tag, trimming the excess.

3. I painted a small piece of white card with Primary Yellow, stamped and cut out the quote, edged it with Black Soot Distress Ink, then glued it in place.

4. I sponged Carbon Black paint to the edges, then tied a piece of jute string to the tag, to finish.

I hope you're inspired by my tag,

thanks for dropping by,

Alison x
