True Love Lasts Forever by Mandy C

Today, I’m showing you how I made the tag for the challenge blog.

Distress Ink ~ Old Paper, Victorian Velvet, Scattered Straw
Distress Paint ~ Worn Lipstick, Crushed Olive, Vintage Photo

Stamp the lady and gent skeletons out onto your stamping card. Colour with watercolour pencils.  Cut out and set to one side.

Take your manila tag and begin applying Distress inks to it, using Cut and Dry and a circular motion. Build up a little colour using the old paper and scattered straw.

Set with a heat tool.

Place your stencil over the top edge of the tag and use the Distress ink and paint through the stencil, build up several layers blending them together. Do the same thing across the bottom edge of the tag. Set with a quick blast of the heat tool.

Stamp the twig tree from the Danse Macabre set up the edges of the tag using the Potting Soil Archival Ink.

Place your skellies into place on the tag. Glue into place.

Stamp the heart with the Worn Lipstick Distress paint, between the skellie couple. And then add pale hearts randomly across the background of the tag.

Stamp the bats and moon, as well as the sacred hearts.

Stamp the sentiment onto some card, cut out and edge with the black Archival ink. Glue into place.

Build up some Distress ink around the edges of the tag.

Add some shading around the skellie couple using your pencils.
