She Wore a Turret! by Alison Hall

Hi Everyone! It's Alison here again, with another guest designer piece. I have a tag to share with you today.

Here's the ingredients...

PaperArtsy Stamps - LPC006, ESN01, HPXT01
Dina Wakley Media Stencil - Plastic Canvas
Lace & Seam Binding Ribbon

and, here's the instructions...

1. Use an old credit card to scrap some Sky paint down a tag, then dry.

2. Spritz Lime ink through the Harlequin stencil, dry, then spritz Iris ink through the Plastic Canvas stencil.

3. Use Aquamarine Archival ink to stamp the German script from PaperArtsy ESN01 onto the background, then ink the edges of the tag with Aquamarine.

4. Use Jet Black Archival ink to stamp the Turret Lady from PaperArtsy LPC006 onto the left of the tag, going off the edge a bit, then stamp her again onto glossy card. Cut out the image & glue to the tag.

5. Stamp a few ink blots from PaperArtsy HPXT01 onto the background, to balance the black from the main image.

6. Use the Iris ink spray to colour some seam binding ribbon & lace, to finish the tag.

Thanks for visiting,

I'll be back next Wednesday with some more art for you,

  7. That's amazing. I'd never have combined these two colours ( because I'm scared of purple). But this is stunning! x
