Playing Tic Tac Toe by Carol Fox

I have been playing with a Tando Tic Tac Toe set this week and I have altered it to be a spooky game for Halloween.

What I did

·       Assemble the main box body according to the instructions, but don’t attach the grid for the top yet.

·       Paint everything black including the inside of the box.

·       Use crackle medium and cream paint to coat the outside of the box, one side of the grid and both sides of the flat square game pieces.

·       Glue the 0’s and X’s onto the squares.

·       Line the inside of the box with printed paper.

·       Cut images to fit into each of the windows on the grid, glue into position and stick the grid in place on the top of the box.

·       Use the stencil and bronze paint to decorate the sides of the box base and the sides of the lid.

·       When this is dry stamp over the top using black Archival ink.

·       Edge the box with black paint applied with cut and dry foam.

·       Finish by painting the box and game pieces with glossy Glue and Seal to seal them all.
