Halloween Kilt Pin by Carol Fox

I found this kilt pin in my stash and decided to make a little Halloween themed pin with it.

This is what I did

·       Stamp your chosen images onto a piece of white card, colour with Distress markers using a water colour brush.

·       Apply Glossy Accents to the back of the Fragment charms and place these over your coloured images, twisting as you place them down to ensure the accents are distributed evenly, press down firmly.

·       Colour two more fragments with the Alcohol ink, stamp directly onto these and cover with a layer of Glossy Accents.

·       When thoroughly dry, cut out and add jump rings through the holes.

·       Lay your kilt pin on a flat surface and position the fragments, charms and chain, moving them around until you are happy with how they look. Once you are happy with the layout, use jump rings to attach everything to the kilt pin.

See you next week,

  1. Kilt pins take me back to my childhood. Love how you used the fragments.
