Flutterby Butterfly by Fliss Goodwin

Hello there, this week I have a quick card for you, as I’m sure that like me you all have occasions where you need something that doesn’t take too long to make but even more importantly, doesn’t look it. I’m rather addicted to kraft card at the moment and I’ve combined it with a little pop of blue for a lovely contrast.

You Will Need:
Kaisercraft Clear Stamp Set – Bonjour
White Square Card Blank

Here’s How To:

·       Stamp the Botanical image on to kraft card with the VersaMark embossing ink and heat emboss with the white embossing powder. Trim to a rectangular panel a little smaller than the width of the card blank.

·       Using second generation stamping, stamp the butterfly from the Bonjour set at random on the card blank with the toffee ink, stamping twice before re-inking.

·       Add the kraft panel to a mat of blue card trimmed to fit across the centre of the card blank and stick this in place.

·       Stamp the butterfly on a scrap of white card with the coffee ink and cut the image out when it is dry. Add this to the card blank with a foam square at the bottom left side of the card. I added mine over the image already stamped on the card blank for a dimensional feel.

Have a lovely weekend and see you next week.
