Secret Garden Card by Mandy C

What I used:

Distress Inks ~ Stormy Sky, Mustard Seed, Worn Lipstick
PaperArtsy Stamp Set ~ Hot Pick 1005
Kaisercraft Clear Stamp Set ~ Bonjour
Tim Holtz Stamp Set ~ Papillon
Black Archival Ink Pad
Dove Grey StazOn Ink Pad
Non Stick Craft Sheet
Golden Watercolour pencil
Cats Eye Fluid Chalk Ink Pad

How I made the card:

Using the non-stick craft sheet, make a distressed background using the Tim Holtz Distress Inks and cut a 5ins square. Stamp the background stamp from the Tim Holtz Stamp Set - Papillon using Dove Gray StazOn onto the distressed background.

Using the PaperArtsy stamps, stamp the seed heads randomly across the card in black Archival ink and stamp the grass along the bottom of the card.

Stamp 2 butterflies from the Kaisercraft Bonjour set and the ‘Secret Garden’ sentiment from the PaperArtsy set onto white card. Once dry, dab some colours onto the card. Cut out and adhere to your card and edge with a Cats Eye Fluid Chalk Ink Pad.

Attach to a white square card and ink the edges with the same Cats Eye Chalk Ink Pad. Finally, edge the stems of the seed flowers with a golden yellow watercolour pencil.
